could you explain my issues in the NCAAF forum if you get a chance. I don't believe I did anything against forum guidelines. one of my threads was moved to the box the other is being threatened to have the same done by "wmi799"

The reason is our main forums and in this case the NCAA football forums are super busy, but especially with bowl season here.
We always move "where is JimmyX" or whatever the member name is, because the main forums are not meant for that purpose. If you want to know where someone is then either look up a thread they made by clicking on their username and finding recent messages, OR send a private message to the person and inquire where they are.
Think that there are thousands of people visiting these forums and our goal is to make the forums a place to find information, share plays about games and discuss games...not to ask where someone is because they know someone who knows someone on the team etc.
We have limited space on the first page and we try to move "where is" threads, complaining threads, off topic threads, repeating threads..anything that takes away from the reason MOST people come to Covers.
