I know this is obviously a tricky situationn, but we really can;t have this hitler gas the person BS on the forum every day...how that can continue I'm not sure. Other sites have a feature where new members that start threads are reviewed before being posted, maybe that could be utilized. I'm not sure what things look like on your end so I don't know how to help but something needs to happen here...

I know....unreal. You guys can't come up with any solutions to this? I think we have all been quite patient about this, I realize it isn't just an easy fix, but there has to be a way to prevent this from happening again and again.
