streak survivor

I have picked 5 WINS in a row, but oddly enough, "streak survivor" has listed my streak as "1" even though my profile says diffirent (5-0)

can you correct this error

Hi,

Unfortunately too much time elapsed between your 4th winner on February 9th and your next pick on February 24th. From the moment that your pick selection is determined to be a win, loss or tie (push), you have 7 days to make a new selection or your score will be reset to zero. Your score will not change when the status of your current selection is pending.
