NCAA BB scores not updating in Office pools...

Hey Covers,

Not sure if you know but there NCAA BB scores are not updating in the office pools...the Butler/Seton Hall game is at the half & the score is showing like this 

Butler 
Seton Hall 0 
0 0
Under 149.0
+100

it shows "status" as "0" when you look at it
