My account has been stuck on the same pick I won on the streak survivor contest anyone can help update the system this is the second day I can't make a new pick after 7 days what happens ? I lose my picks I won because of this glitch ?? Never happen before smh please help me!

I started an office pool for NCAAB and have had a rough time getting a hold of someone to ask questions.

1. When March madness starts will only tournament games be available to pick? I don’t want there to be any NIT or any other games available 

2. is there juice incorporated? I wagered 500 units on a game and won, and 300 on another and lost and my units are at +170

I am in the MLB contest, and am on a considerable heater on the sides part, ranked 5th.

however, if you look at the monthly leaders for April everyday it lists my record as 19-30. It never changes, and it’s far from the correct record.

 Attn: My Streak Survivor shows a streak of "1" even though my Apr 26 LAL +5.5 lost. I don't want my new streak invalidated so someone should correct this.

If I hit subscribe or follow to a particular poster will I get an email alert when they post?  What is the outcome of hitting subscribe or follow?

I set up alerts per your instructions above.  Working nicely.  Thank you.   However I have several contributors who've I've clicked "follow" before I knew what I was doing.  Now when I click back to unfollow, it does not remain on unfollow.  After I click it reverts to follow. So I guess, "help" again?  Thanks.

Following up on what weeble5672 said, if the clearing cache doesn't work, email support@coversmedia.com with the users you wish to unfollow and I can make those changes for you.
