How to change your email

For the life of me I can't figure out how to change my email address. The 1 that I have listed is one that has been deleted for years now.  TIA

Now I feel really stupid.  That was obviously the 1st place that I went but I swear the email address wasn't an option a couple of hours ago. But thank you...
