How do I export data from match up page into an Excel spreadsheet

Hi! How can I export the data from the NBA Matchup page into an Excel spreadsheet? Thanks a lot.

I don't think you can export data to excel, but you can copy it to excel.

Yeah, but to select it, it takes all  the text in the page and not by columns that I'm interested

Unfortunately, the data cannot be exported, just copied over.

Yes you can copy it, but then you need to sort, format and other steps, which in the end is a hell of work.
