Morning, is there any update on what is happening with the lines and the contests? I am not sure why there is no update on what is happening for all the posters. An update would be a nice thing to do and if you guys actually told people what the issue is maybe someone in here who understands this stuff can give you folks some helpful suggestions to figure this out. I mentioned this issue a month ago and today it is still happening. I have worked with multi national corporations where there whole network collapsed and they had it fixed and up and running within 8 hours. Most people understand there's a problem but all people really want is to at least keep them updated on what is being done, and again someone in here might actually be of help to your tech team.
