Can't Submit Contest Picks

Hello all,

We are working on getting the few missed graded games to be complete and removed from your pending picks. We are also working on a fix for the submit button not submitting your contests picks.

We apologize for the inconvenience on this and I will update once this is cleared up.

Flynt do you have a timeline as to when you will finally fix this problem?

Flynt you mentioned you are working on grading the few missed games. A correction for you in that it is NOT a few missed games but rather a majority of the games. In fact just a few games were graded yesterday.

Look at the first page of the monthly leaderboard and out of 50 contestants 37 have pending picks which have NOT been graded. That would be 74percent which is quite a bit more than a few.

Unfortunately I am unable to give any specific timeline, but out team is working though a fix for these issues.

Once I have an update from them, I will be sure to let everyone know.

 Let the team know that the first time you click Submit, it flashes half a Covers logo, but does not Submit. The second time, it submits, but does not make the pick. They probably already know this. I can't stop being a Computer Science Professor. lol

 "few games"?  it is pretty much the entire slate from yesterday across all leagues

I was just able to make MLB picks, didn't get first 2 games today, yesterdays aren't scored yet though, so can't pick streak yet

 Were you? Check your profile and see if you got them. For me, it removes that choice from the picks as if you got it, but does not show up in the Picks Profile. That was MLB. It worked fine in CFL.

 Yes it shows them picked on the my picks profile, and when i looked at leaderboard after first posting i could see some of them had todays picks, had to go through 1 by 1 on profiles since yesterdays are still selected

 Weird. Mine still don't show as picked, but the box to pick them is greyed out since I already made the pick.

We have resolved the submitting picks issue, and you should all be able to submit your picks.

We are still working on resolving the pending picks issue from yesterday's games, but should be resolved soon.

Looks like yesterday’s games haven’t been finalized but picks are going in as pending. Appreciate you, Covers!

 Thanks. My bad. I needed to scroll lower to get thru yesterday's picks. Chemo brain reigns lol

Flynt, this situation is so unfair for us who have pending picks that were NOT graded. We cannot make a pick today until it is graded. In the past you were able to grade games manually. Why are you not doing so now?

Would it not have been more fairer to resolve the pending ungraded picks then work on the submit button? like that everyone would have been on a level playing field.   But now it is not level at all specially for me who is playing for the monthly.

We believe all is fixed, games should no longer be stuck in your pending picks and everyone should be able to submit picks going forward.

We apologize for the delay in getting these issues fixed, if there are any major problems that came from this please let me know and we will do what we can to make things right.
