I think cal runs away with this one...seems like a steal at -2

gotta take the friday night home dog folks.  We know Cal beat up on Col which beat Col st. Nev beating Col st. doesn't say much but Nev is pretty tough at home.

Key to beating Nevada is getting pressure... don't know if Cal can get it done.  If you believe they pressure QB K then take Cal... but if not take Nevada. 

Guessing what the OU might be here...I'm guessing 68-70...

Still with the way these teams can go up & down the field I'm still leaning at the OVER here...GL all

lots of speed at Cal-- I know UNR has senior leadership but speed is tough to handle-- you just can't replicate it in practice-- I remember last year when UNR went to ND-- ND just killed them with their speed 

Well, ND did kill them......but speed isn't anywhere on my Irish team right now.  Cal has far more speed than ND did or does.  But the reasoning you use about the outcome of the ND game last year rings true for me Northsider!!  I like Cal here and think it might be one of the better plays of the weekend.........as long as Cal doesn't go on the road and lay an egg in September like they have a few times in the last few years!!!

Give me NEV here. I think Colin Kaepernick will take this game over and i think he'll lead NEV on some key drives to to make this a close win straight up for NEV.

I like Cal in this game - 3. Nevada played E. Washington & allowed them 432 yards of offense. Also, score at the end of 3 qtrs in the Nev/E. Wash game was 35 - 24 Nevada. Thats a good amount of points to give to a lower school. I say Cal wins this game by 10 or more points. It will be like the Texas Tech/Nevada game 2 years ago at Nevada.

Final score: Cal 31 Nevada 20

Cal is a quantum leap over Eastern Washington and Colorado State.  Nevada allowed 162 rushing and 270 passing yards vs. Eastern Washington.  Cal wins convincingly as their new an improved defense will bring Nevada back down to earth.  Bears 38 Pack 20.

This line smells very fishy to me.  Nevada should be a much bigger dog here.  Nevada has not beat a BCS team since Northwestern at home in 06.  They were in the Texas Tech game and the Missouri home games the past couple of years  This is supposed to be the year we break through and beat a BCS team, but that has been the case the past 3 years.  Nevada is very good non BCS team, but the defense always sucks.  Our D line is good, but the secondary is almost always terrible.

Again I really thought this would be at least a 6-7 point line.  So that means the books want money on Cal right? 

   The line is about right. Everybody and his mother  is all over Cal. Liking Nevada chances here to keep it close.

Line looks like a mistake to me as well.  Cal has too many weapons on offense to not score  heavy on a team that allowed over 400 yards to E. Washington. 

Cal for me, and I would give more points and still bet them.      5X bet

Nevada is a strictly running team, I see everyone likes the over but in all Nevada's games they milk the game clock soooooo much with all there run plays!

I like Cal but I've also have had the worst couple of betting weeks of my life these past few weeks!

This game is going to mimick the N.D/UN game last year, Cal in a route. Cal's defense is going to shut down all phases of the Wolpacks game. Easy winner here..

Im close by here in Tahoe....This really seems weird that its a 2.5 spread?????This should be Nev's C. Kapernick's banner year????But I gotta think Cal draws alot more talent in recuirting than Nev.I can see Nev trying to run and keep Cal off the field. Not sure they want to get in a shoot out with Cal. One would think this goes over what 63???? I really think Cal blows the spread pretty easy.

Nevada, over the last several years, is a classic example of a team that can really run it up on lower competition, hang with their main rival, Boise, and lose big to the Big Boy shcools.

I am leaning Cal.
