Going 8-5 this past week. Really got burned on a few games and could have been a huge week, all in all tho I'll take it.

    a few notes:

Is Penn st a good team? No. But I thought that this would be the week that they took the big stage and blow out a team like Penn st to get back on track. Are they " back " ? No, not even close, but closer than last week and the week before. I'm not ready to write this team off right now. Ohio st still has time to get this train rolling, don't forget last season.

Play of the year so far has to be the fumble return. Which proves you have to play 60 minutes. I still think you might need to have your QB run around for a few seconds and throw it as high as he could to run that clock out instead of trying to punt, but hey...they dont pay me to coach.

I find it really funny about these Bama threads. But the real funny thing is the SEC weirdos touting other teams in their conference. Saying nonsense like, Bama would beat this team or that team by 20+ points. Why would you say that if you're a Auburn fan? Hey.....Get the SEC C0ck out of your mouth for a minute and think about this. Why do think the rest of the country makes fun of you? Why do think that is? Well maybe it's because you would never see a Ohio st fan " touting " Michigan, or a Clemson fan " touting " South Carolina or a USC fan " touting " UCLA..... it's comical and your inbred way of thinking is comical. Go back to sweeping the floors and taking the orders in the drive-thru. The rest of us are laughing at you.

Baylor is a freaking machine. If you don't see that then you're blind. Baylor could score 50+ on any defense in the country....yes, that includes you too SEC guys. pssss.... don't tell the SEC guys this, but they give up 40, 50 + all the time, there just too " slow " to see it. Baylor is NO DOUBT the best team in the country right now. Get over it...I have been telling you guys for several years now that this day in age is offense. Either you have a offense and matter or you don't and you don't matter.

Do I really need to talk about Memphis Old Piss? Do I? I told several of you last week that Memphis would beat Ole Miss and once again, Boom....you're a idiot. Well....How bout now?

A few teams you need to keep your eyes on from here on out. North Carolina, if they were to play South Carolin again right now they would beat them by 30. They actually should have beat them the first go around but Fedora was too stupid to give it to that beast of a running back in the red zone. Iowa, they just keep winning and beating a solid Northwestern defense yesterday. Sparty, I've seen wins like this propel a team to greatness. Look out for Sparty.

    My Top 10

    1. Baylor
    2. Utah
    3. Clemson
    4. TCU
    5. LSU
    6. Ohio st
    7. Michigan st
    8. FSU
    9. Notre Dame
    10. Alabama

    Final 4

    Baylor vs LSU

    Clemson vs  Utah

I know TCU is 4 on my list, but I think Baylor knocks them out later in the year.

    6. Ohio st
    7. Michigan st
    8. FSU
    9. Notre Dame
    10. Alabama

    Final 4

    Baylor vs LSU

    Clemson vs  Utah

I know TCU is 4 on my list, but I think Baylor knocks them out later in the year.

    Good read, Boom!

No doubt that Baylor is an offensive machine. Still think they're defense is total garbage but they might not need one to win. Put them in the same boat with TCU, which also has no defense (lots of injuries there).

Totally enjoyed watching Paxton Lynch take apart overrated Ole Miss, which has now allowed 112 points in its three road games. Actually have given 182 points in their last five games away from Oxford.  Yep, that's a big, bad SEC defense right there. Can't stand Hugh Freeze.

Urban Meyer needs to stop the nonsense and make J.T. Barrett the starter. Something just seems off with Cardale Jones.

Memphis and Houston very well may be unbeaten when they meet Nov. 14.  Both schools should enjoy their coaches because they're both going to get jobs at bigger schools.

I think Clemson will handle Florida State when they play on Nov. 7. Actually think the Oct. 31 game at NC State will be a tougher spot.

Am I the only one that is tired of hearing every October and November that Alabama may have one loss but they're the best team in the country? Sorry, can't lose to Ole Miss at home. With that said, Bama will beat LSU at home in a few weeks. Still don't trust Harris at QB, although he played well for a half against Florida.

Florida lost at LSU but that team will keep getting better under McElwain. He's a guy who can coach.

    My top five:
    1. Ohio State
    2. Baylor
    3. Utah
    4. Clemson
    5. LSU

    My Top 10

    1. Baylor
    2. Utah
    3. Clemson
    4. TCU
    5. LSU
    6. Ohio st

    Great Work, AGAIN .....

Loved seeing Memphis Win Out right. Do you give the Tigers any chance of sneaking into the PLAYOFF ???  Surely would take many of the Power 5schools to lose 2+ ... ...

Completely Agree on NORTH CAROLINA they might be an instant play weekly from here on out ...  IOWA does keep Winning, Hoping they Lose a regular season Game and then WIN THE BIG MAC CHAMPIONSHIP ... THUS keeping the weak conference out if the PLAYOFF....... Hoping for UTAH, CLEMSON,BAYLOR, ALABAMA ....

Game of the week might be APP ST. VS GEORGIA SOUTHERN !!!

KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK ... BEST OF LUCK, BUT U DONT NEED IT ..

    Nice week Boom

I like your top 4.  Baylor is a monster.  Hopefully Billings comes back quickly.  He makes that D line unbelievable

btw, that thread "he" made yesterday about Bama beating Clemson is absurd.  I'd probably made ridiculous threads and make myself look like a boob of an idiot if my team was as bad as Auburn is too....

    . Ehhh, nah, I wouldn't

What makes Clemson a #3 team in your eyes Boom?

Their win against Wofford or Appy State?

Say what you want about the B1G, but Clemson won't sniff the playoff with that schedule. FSU benefited from starting #1 last year, and they barely got in.

let me help you, he is referring to the "stupidity" of any team touting their rival, stuff that only happens in the SEC as everyone is "proud" to be a part of that conference, good ole southern tradition

one thing is never going to change, all the SEC folk will keep reading his threads and responding

exacty where did I put a "whole slew" of anyone anywhere?  I stated what I've seen, I'm happy to post pics on here of what happens at those games if you think I'm lying

and yes I live in Texas and I'm not a redneck, I moved here and I love it here

that doesn't mean I can't laugh at some of the fans in the SEC fanbase

I like to annoy SEC people, most of you are prone to fight so it's easy to get you going

    On the Michigan Meltdown.

Have been a Michigan fan for life and this is nothing new, actually it's history repeating itself. Harbaugh came from the Bo Schembechler era and the one thing Bo couldn't do was run out the clock. Three running plays up the middle and punt. A couple of sweeps might have run off the extra 10 seconds. Or how about getting that first down with some good play calling and trust in your offense?

I remember when coach Lloyd Carr retired with a win against Florida and Tim Tebow. UM gave Florida something like three offensive chances to take the lead at the end of the 4th by running three plays and punting. That game the won only because Florida was gassed. Most times your just asking for it.

Arm Chair Quarterbacking; What UM should have done was to try to draw MSU offsides on the punt or take a delay of game. An offsides would have given UM a first down. The delay of game would have given UM a chance to see MSU's lineup (11 men rushing the punt) and the proper alignment then sent in for the punt. Just saying.....

USC knows how to run out the clock, when they are behind and need two scores.  Just look at how QB Cody wastes time.

First Stanford, then ND.  I hope he doesn't get drafted.  It would be a waste.  He won't run, can't throw long, and can't handle last minute come backs.

Ohio st schedule is the biggest joke in the history of jokes

Clemson plays a tough OOC every year. We usually start the season playing a Georgia or Auburn etc.... We play Notre Dame and FSU.

Notre Dame and Clemson would absolutely lay the smack down on Ohio st.... Don't think so? I bet you said that last time too.

Reality is....Clemson would spank Ohio st, come to grips with that

Notre Dame and Clemson would absolutely lay the smack down on Ohio st.... Don't think so? I bet you said that last time too.

Reality is....Clemson would spank Ohio st, come to grips with that

haha, Cherokeeeeee is one of the favorites on this site Boom, take it easy on him

his squad will keep coming into form, I have both Ohio St and Clemson in my top 4

I'm not sure what he was doing there to be honest, probably just messing with you, Clemson has had the tougher schedule of the two thus far IMO but I still think both are top 4 material at the end of the year, just need to stay unbeaten, I think Mich St is a fraud playoff contender so Michigan will be the only threat to the Buckeyes winning out, obviously you guys have to win at miami and vs Florida St

should be fun to watch the last part of the season, it's so hard to finish undefeated no matter what your schedule looks like

I have some really good friends here in Texas that are huge Aggie fans and I like passion about football, most SEC teams have great tradition and some good NFL talent, I like the SEC and some of it's programs, it's the dumb fans that crowd the message boards and the radio call in shows that make me want to poke fun at them, go listen to that Paul Finebaum show, that is a great example of what a gathering of stupid sounds like

doesn't mean all SEC fans are bad, I know some great ones, I'd say they have the highest percentage of idiot fans though in my experience

    Wahoo-

Come on man- you nailed the Miss St. fans perfectly but LSU fans are far from mullets, dipping and sleeveless shirts- Heck we're just a bunch of friendlies cooking Gumbo, Jumbalaya, and grilling alligator all day before the game!

    Boom-

8-5 this week myself although I loaded up on a live bet of Iowa after taking Northwestern- I didn't count it in my record as I wasn't worried about getting on here while trying to get the bet in before it got locked

Pretty much my same top ten although I have watched Utah play 4 times this year and I don't think they will make the final four- If they make it to the Pac 12 title game I think Stanford smacks them-

Still not sold on my LSU team but if they keep improving their passing game just enough then maybe- You have to love watching Fornette play!

I don't think Bama is that good- I was on them yesterday but if they don't get 3 pick 6's then its a totally different game- How can Saban/Kiffen run Henry gashing the defense play after play then all the sudden start throwing the ball around like they are the Patriots- I would have run Henry up the gut till he puked- Aggies could not stop it- and not one play action pass in the first quarter- oh well I guess I have to give them credit for winning and covering- but how do you lose to Ole Piss? 5 turnovers- so what-

I can't believe Ole Piss couldn't score on that Memphis defense- I expected a 48-45 type game as I knew they would give up points but shame on me if I bet on them anymore(I had their team total over)

I still think a balanced offense and a good to great defense will win all day versus an offensive machine like Baylor- however that Baylor offense is scary good and just may win it all- I would love to see it as it is great fun to watch- TCU/Baylor should be a blast to watch!

Ohio St. finally covered for me and something tells me they get into the playoffs as their schedule is a joke-

Clemson/Florida St. should be another great game- Seminoles are gaining confidence on offense and Devin Cook is explosive!

Lots of good football left for sure!

ok ok, I'll give you that the most of the fans there are good geniune people as are most people from Louisiana that I've met but I went to game last year and I'm telling you I saw some of the worst looking people known to man there and a very healthy amount of straight white trash, I felt as though I may need a weapon with some of those drunk fans

what I did enjoy was the cajun food, it was rough on my stomach but man was it good stuff, Baton Rouge is a cool town, that's a really good college football atmosphere there and I'd go back

I think most the dumb ones are on covers- I don't here all that stuff around where I live(of course Lafayette/Baton Rouge has lots of intelligent people compared to most places)- ESPN certainly doesn't help- as long as Saban is at Alabama the media will be on his nutz - I pretty much hate all the other teams in the SEC but i do have a soft spot for Ole Piss simply because of father Manning/Saints connection etc.- they have been a door mat for years and are finally pretty good but enough already and they are also over hyped- Miss St.- cowbells- you can't pay me enough money to ever go sit in that shiiiithole box they call a stadium in Starksville- feels like I am at a backyard rodeo- Auburn- tigers/eagles- WTF is that all about?  Bama- roll Tide- that's the dumbest shiiiit I have ever heard- 99% of redneck Alabama fans don't even know the story behind it- they just lamely yell it because notihng else can spew out of their inbred brains!

Lol! Maybe this can stir up the pot!
