Ohio State is at home. Yes, Oregon is next week, but Iowa has been a pain in the past to OSU. They will not overlook this game at home. Iowa is better offensively, but I don't think this is one of their best defenses. Good but not great. OSU is loaded offensively and their defense will shut Iowa down.
Syracuse is on the road, and UNLV riding high by making top 25, but this is a letdown spot. UNLV rallies after Sluka quit the team and wins last week, but this is the game after the game. Plus, McCord is the QB for Syracuse and they will score points on UNLV. No way Syracuse loses by more than 17 1/2 points!!!
Nebraska and Rutgers are very similar. Both want to run the ball and play defense. 50 1/2 points might seem like 100 points to them. These two teams are a mirror image of one another. Not sure how this would ever go over 50 unless overtime.
Lastly, I have to throw WNBA in there. It's been so good to me. This series is tied 1-1. All season these two teams have battled one another. Sun is playing at home after winning game 1 on the road. Maybe Lynx goes on the road and wins game three, but no way do they win by double digits on the road! Connecticut crowd will be rocking!

Bucs and Falcons played both games down to the wire last year. I cannot see the Falcons winning by more than 14 1/2 points.
