I think the over would be a better play .WV D gave up 320 yds in the air in a 20 point spanking by Sooners and another 389 to baylor in a 24 point thumping, What do you think TCU is gonna do? WV's only hope f here is a shootout.That 14 points looks tempting but I don't think it will be enough to cash a winning ticket. GL I could be way off here

A 60-40 game is the same as a 30-20 game in terms of scoring ratio. 14 is still considered a score away from a blowout no matter the expectation of scoring. More possessions, faster pace, more turnovers. This is the equivalent of a 7-10 in a less paced game.

Not so fast with WV pick. For starters, those previous games all had small lines around 3 or 4. This year is 14 for a reason. Last year's game was in Morgantown and cold and rainy. This year it's in Fort Worth and, as of now, the weather should be fine with a low of 58 degrees. Additionally I'd never go against a Patterson defense who is coming off a much needed bye week especially this team who has been plagued with injuries while playing the most road games against P5 teams than anyone else in the country...without a bye week yet and without key starters. They've been scrambling just to keep head above water and relying on offense. Each week the new defensive players show signs of figuring it out.. they held Iowa state scoreless the last 3 quarters. West Virginia has had some key injuries on defense also. I don't expect them to stop TCU much at all. TCU also is starting 300 lb freshman Dlineman stud for the 1st time who's been unstoppable in practice. He should help with the run defense that I expect WV to try and stick to all night...they will force Howard to throw and you saw how that worked out with Heard and the Longhorns with the Frogs winning 50-7
TCU is hungry and keep getting disrespected by the media. Don't think for once second that Patterson doesn't want to make a statement in this game.
I think we will see a complete game from the Frogs on both sides with TCU winning 48-17 (late garbage score by WV)

Get the win, laugh to yourself and keep doing a good job. That being said, defense defense defense. And WVU has none!!! How you can state that TCU can not stop anyone and yet they're beating good teams every week is beyond me...WVU has a god awful defense with extremely week secondary and no coverage on the outside.
