analysis on games through 12/26 that I'm betting...

Trojans opened up as slight dog, now slight favorite.. Ohio has 2 starters out, starting DE (or DT) and QB Boo Jackson.. backup 180 pass yards and 40% completion %.. Troy not Troy of years past, but still decent.. game also in NO, should have home crowd..

Tulsa vs Hawaii, Over 72.5, $220
Both teams avg. 40 ppg.. Tulsa one of the worst vs. the pass.. Hawaii at home, throwing up mad points all over this place.. Over 8-2 in Warriors L10 non-con games.. should be 110 total passes in this one..

Florida International +1.5 vs. Toledo, $330
My fav bowl game.. not many better 6-6 teams than FIU.. losses to Rutgers, A&M, Maryland, Pitt.. started 0-4, then 6-2 to finish season.. Toledo sure 8-4, but only ONE win vs. team that finished with winning record (Ohio 2nd game of season).. last 6 game wins vs 5-7 Kent, 4-8 Ball State, 2-10 EMU, 2-10 BG & 3-9 CMU... FIU just better on both sides of the ball.. note: also HEAVY lean on the Over.. might play it as well..

Flo Int looks like money to me.....

Tulsa Over or no play.....I just can't see a low scoring game with these two.......Tulsa couldn't stop a pass from my 4yr old son and Hawaii can pass pass pass...... Hawaii couldn't stop my Grandmother  if I handed her the ball on a rush play. Tulsa has a decent enough rush game to be considered a balance attack. OVER.

Slo   loving FIU more and more each day... Over in Hawaii Bowl seems too easy.. but nothing to stop each team throwing all day... should be a very entertaining game..

really like the card.  don't usually play totals in the regular season, but always looking for overs when bowl season comes around.  troy, fiu, arkansas and penn state are all on my card.  might just have to add a little more fo fiu.

Sllab   I typically only play 5 Totals during the year.. some bowls are definetly defense optional.. obv feel strongest about FIU.. 7 of Ohio's 8 wins were against .500 teams or below..

Daran   the Over really seems like the public side, but I just don't see how these two teams don't throw it all over the field.. turnovers, esp. in the red zone could be a factor and making sure when both teams are inside the 30, they score TDs, but FGs.. should be a very entertaining game though..

Also, in terms of Sun Belt v MAC, I've said it all along, I think the Belt goes 3-0 in the H2H match-ups.. FIU is much better than Troy who just destroyed Ohio (who was 1 win away from facing NIU in the MAC Title game)..
