GOY line last week was -7.  Doubt this settles in at that number though.  Guessing its -10 or so.

I'd be shocked if it were that low, but I'd hammer it if it was.  I like OU quite a bit at anything under -14.

Getting 14+ with ND is a no brainer....Stoops can't close in BIG games....they may win, but not by 14.

Can't close?  Give me an example of OU "not closing" on a big game.  Games that occurred in Norman are preferable.

    Go.

lol So if the games are NOT in Norman, Stoops is exempt? Shocking.

I'm not a big ND fan, but if you're giving me 14pts in this match-up, I'll gladly take them. OU will win, no doubt....but ND's D will keep Landry in check most of the game.

The game is IN Norman.  Big difference in comparing OU outcomes in Norman, and outside of Norman, don't you think?

That said, find me some big games OU didn't close on outside of Norman?

    Gotcha.

So you made a stupid comment about "closing big games", and your example is any game OU has lost recently.

    LOL.

    Get lost.

    Gotcha.

So you made a stupid comment about "closing big games", and your example is any game OU has lost recently.

    LOL.

    Get lost.

I pick two games that happened LAST YEAR, yet you're still the winner of this debate. Congrats.

You got a lot of gall mouthing about stupid comments. If I had more space here I'd list all the big games they've lost outside of Norman. But it appears everyone but you knows all about them.

That said....as long as Stoops doesn't suit up and as long as he keeps his mouth shut and avoids his typical "Village Idiot" moment that he's become famous for in big games outside of Norman.....the Sooners should control the game and win by 14+.

Stoops fucking blows!  which really sucks, because this could be game of the year material... but the fact is, Stoops cannot be trusted, especially against (a) better coaches, (b) good defenses...

on yea... doesn't help that Landry Jones also can't be trusted...

i can promise you this line will range somewhere between 7.5 and 11.5... the key to whether or not there is value will depend on which end of that spectrum it ends up...

    Right.

You said BIG GAMES, and you said CLOSING.  Neither of those games were big, and OU was never in the OSU game.  Down 24-0 before we even scored.  So how is that "not closing?"  I suppose you could say they didn't close the Baylor game since it was close, but that wasn't a big game.  So.....

Thank you.  Both were big games.  The case can certainly be made that OU didn't close against Boise.  Absolutely.  I don't consider the UF game a bad loss, or choke job, but they did score the winning points in the 4th quarter, and OU didn't answer.  So if you want to call that not closing, I'm not going to argue it.  That game was in 2008.  The BSU game in 2006.  Neither in Norman.

That said, I can list WAY more big games that OU has won, than they have lost.  The last 3 UT games?  TT in 2008?  At FSU last year?  Some big games against Mizzou in recent games.  OU's been GREAT in Big 12 Championship games.  Beat #9 OSU, in Stillwater, in 2010.

    So yeah.

Shut up.  You said UT would kick our butt.  You said we'd lose a bunch of games after the KSU game.  How is that working out for you?  Idiot.  You aren't even a Sooner fan.  I'm a season ticket holder, you are an idiot.

Bob Stoops is 45-19 against top 25 teams.  Any "list" of bad losses you put together, I can list 2 good wins for every loss.  FACT.  So shut your pie hole, and quit trolling.  Quit trolling with NON-FACTUAL statements.  Losing to Boise State in 2006 has NOTHING to do with beating ND in Norman.  NOTHING.

Never said that dildo.....I said that if the Sooners win it will be in spite of Stoops. Get your facfs straight or go back for some more special ed.

Fact is this is Stoops first reallybig game since Florida vs Tebow. Which he blew. I guess we could call KState a big game while we're at it. Which he blew.  Come to think of it fan you and Stoops have a lot in common with all that blowin.

First really big game since 2008?  You are out of your flippin' mind.  You are only saying that b/c it's convenient for you.  It's only a big game if OU loses, right?  You are full of it.
