1) God.....sorry must be...as always....to remove from the list is an admission that he is in fact not in charge.....here he CLEARLY wanted these young boys to get RAPED by Sandusky....or else it would NOT have happened...............................................right? 2) Sandusky 3) PARENTS of these kids 4) McQueary.....and the janitor that actually witnessed the sexual contact 5) the 2nd mile foundation...the children were left in their care...therefore their responsibility at that time 6) local authorities 7) Penn St administration 8) those individuals involved .....in 2nd mile.....or PSU.....like Paterno....or anyone that suspected something was up....yet did not take the initiative
