Thanks for the input, I made it this far, why not let it ride? I am confident Alabama will get the job done even without BIG Andre Smith. Saban won't let his team lose to Utah.

Alabama should win. I have a bet on them myself. In fact, I'm almost 100% sure they're going to win.
 
But here's the thing: We're all betting..and NOTHING is a sure thing, EVER.
 
If it were my bet, I would place another $150 or so to protect the $500 you put up..on Utah at +310 ML. If Alabama wins, you only lose $150 from your winnings. If Utah wins (which is highly unlikely) you get back $465---damage control.

I would moneyline utah at +325 at 300 just in case an upset if you win you win 1100 if you lose than you win 975

Taking the Utah points for $500 means that you pretty much make a grand, but gives you a chance to middle and make two grand...taking the money line means one or the other, not both.

or maybe not...I am confusing myself now...just take the money...hard to fathom Bama losing outright...but then again, Utah has not lost this year.

Yes, all teams are vulnerable to an upset as unlikely it may be

I hear from a friend who works with the alumni that Bama is not really up for this game and they could have a let down for atleast part of the game which leads me to UTAH + 9.5

I just cant imagine Utah winning this game, you look good.

I don't think Sabaen will let his team fall into a trap tomorrow. I really don't. Bama should be playing angry tomorrow and should want to prove something.

Bama should beat this smaller and slower MWC team by at least 2 TD's but anything can happen. I will be betting on Bama tomorrow unless the line moves drastically.

Thanks all for the information/advice. Much appreciated. I think im changing my mind and going to go the safe route and hedge the bet. I was thinking of putting around 150 on Utah straight up, just in case they do the unthinkable and pull of a stunner. That way i at least will get my money back if that does happen.

put enough money on the utah moneyline to make it profitable either way...i see you are leaning that way.  don't be greedy, take your money now...you will collect either way if you do.
