How in hell is WVU favored over Kansas State?

WVU can't stop anybody and they sure as hell won't stop K State.  Vegas must think the home crowd will give WVU an advantage....all K State has to do is score on their first drive and WVU fans will tuck their heads between their legs.

 

This game will be ugly.

If Kansas State can get a couple of stops they should win. This is a pretty good spot for the Mountaineers though.

k st back to back road trip..had trouble with iowa st...wvirg is pissed cuz they sucked at TT looking to bounce back...thats why the line is like that.

kstate barely won last week on the road...now this is back to back road games...against a team that everyone thinks is incredible (even though they arent)..and you think they should be favored this week? you must be new to this...

with that being said,ksu could/should win, but they shouldnt be favored....

GS's accuracy has been outstanding until the texas tech letdown.  KS's Oline can push WV's back and the KS qb should run a whole bunch opening up play action, but can KS really keep up with a in rhythm GS and company?

  Which GS shows up at home?  Surely he and the rest of the O can't be as unimpressive as last week right?

Kansas State's offensive efficiency is top 3 or 4 in the nation... they WILL absolutely control the ball... ALL... GAME... LONG!  i fucking assure you that WILL happen... they will move the ball down the field, methodically, like NOTHING WEST VIRGINIA HAS EVER SEEN IN THEIR LIVES!


those of you who think this is a spot play should seriously stop betting on college football... you couldn't be more clueless...

the Kansas St offense vs. the West Virginia pure and simple is one of the most over-whelming mismatches you will ever experience at this level...

incidentally, i am absolutely shocked (well, sort of... this is covers, afterall) that this is the first thread i've seen pointing out that the wrong team is favored...


and YES!  the wrong team is favored...

by the way... this is one of the 3 posts that had a clue... the scoreboard will light up!

and for those saying "Vegas doesn't make mistakes"... this has nothing to do with mistakes... it's about perception, and Vegas is very aware that the public drinks up West Virginia and overlooks K St... W Virginia is glamour-ball, K St is down and dirty...

but Vegas isn't stupid, either... the line on this game opened up at the early books at W Virg (-4.5), and within 5 minutes they had dropped the line to (-3) -105... and it will continue to drop...

I would much rather use KSU in this spot "IF" WVU did not get embarrassed the week before. But now you (as mentioned above) a wounded dog playing in front of their Morgantown crowd, They will be fired up..
