Jimmy, I love your picks, and thanks for all your hard work. As a side note, Ole Miss is still the Rebels. They have a Black Bear as a on-the-field mascot just like Bama has an elephant. But the bear's name is "Rebel" and the team nickname is still "Rebels".

I'm well aware of the the road chalk situation, I'm aware of the hostile crowd, and I'm aware of the statistics. Ultimately I think all of those things will be non-factors. At some point LSU will have to line up across from Alabama and play football.

If LSU can't score 16 then they won't cover the spread. So I think you have correctly capped this game albeit in a round about way.

WOW!!! Just checked Bookmaker and they still show the line at 23. I would probably hit it a little harder with that kind of value.

I like Oregon at anything under 10. I don't think USC is deep enough to hang with Oregon for 4 quarters. They may keep it close for a while, but I think the Ducks separate late in the game to cover the spread.

I got Alabama at -7 last Sunday for as much as I could, then I added to the bet last night @ -7.5. I got it at Bookmaker. The line is currently sitting at 8. The line really doesn;t concern me much because I think Alabama wins this game by 3-4 touchdowns.
