He had 1 sack and 5 tackles for a loss . . . not for 1 game, but for the entire season!!! Manti Ta'o, like the Honey Badger, were media fabrications, and both have been exposed as such.

Story as a whole is very off either way. The interview clips on espn were indicative of them only having a online/speaking relationship after watching it just now. The wordage he used about them is interesting when you're looking for specific statements.

Just listen to the radio. There was an interview of him on the Jim Rome Show talking about her.
Ktrain i her that interview back in October, live. Rome was raving about Manti. I do not remember anything in that interview where Manti explicitly stated that he met her in 2009 after the stanford game, nor that he ever saw her in person.

Gridiron -- I have been listening to sports radio for about 4 hours straight. About 90% of it is on Teo. They have replayed many many interviews. I would say that there is about 0% chance that this is not a totally fabricated story. They way they break it down is essentially indisputable.

as lee corso would say, not so fast my friend. all he had to do was call the phone number to someone he knows his NOT her, then the person on the other line picks up, and they simply let the two phones stay on for several minutes, a few hours, whatever. this would make it appear that a phone convo took place for hours when it fact it did not.
this does not clear his name.
i am not trying to prosecute him nor acquit him. i just want to know the facts.
they will come out.
