I wonder what kind of college coach he would be? He is great at assessing and developing line talent on both sides of the ball!

what in the world are you talking about????? Bill Belichick is a terrible head coach. You want proof? What is his record without Tom Brady on his roster? Do you realize in 10 seasons as a head coach without Tom Brady on his roster 8 were losing seasons. In 10 seasons without Tom Brady on his roster, he has exactly 0 championships, division titles, COY awards with one playoff win. What are you talking about developing talent on both sides of the ball??? He doesn't know talent??? He didn't even draft Brady! He was told to draft Brady! Bill Belichick did not go to Ann Arbor to scout and interview Brady. The Patriots scouting personal director and quarterback coach went and found Brady. They talked to Brady, interviewed him, watched him practice. Belichick didn't know who Brady was.

I was talking about the lines, and the obvious motivation techniques he uses that we don't see. Tom Brady did not do it all but so far is the greatest QB ever, no argument.
Obviously he didn't draft Brady , do you think I am a fucken wingnut?

What are your credentials to be the 'boss ' of all that is on this topic? Can you read what I posted from writers in the sport???
You brought up Brady (and your love him), I was talking about him coaching up o-lines, d-lines, specialty teams and other decision making in my implication. Face it, you misunderstood.
Brady didn't need much help but for you to just stand on your points and try to ramrod what I brought up......don't care for it and start your own thread if you want. I started this thread. Start your own. Couldn't care less what YOU think now or answering your questions

Sounds like someone who works at it rather than sitting on his butt and get the best players to buff his resume
You ask every great player why they won and definitely, a good relationship that works with the coach is key....communication and motivation. Working relationship. Tired of listening to hammerheads that don't understand that getting the best player does not ensure you win.....
