Texas Tech has obviously struggled without Toppin. Point guard Anderson is dealing with a groin issue - definitely playing, but possibly could be limited in his quicker movements.

Akron has a fast and efficient offense (88.4 PPG) and is coming in on 10 game win streak. The line here has come down from 10.5 to 6.5. I've paid up a bit for 8.5 which the Zips should cover.
