I'm leaning into an under play again.
The FG total line has come down about 6 pts since open. VCU and Dayton are the top defensive teams in the A10, ranked 62 and 36 respectively in NCAA def efficiency. Their reg season game totaled 130 - a clean under.
VCA held St Joes to 21 and Duq to 29 in the H1 of last 2 games.. They have solid rim protection led by Djokovic, he doesn't ring up a lot of blocks (1.3 avg) but alters shots.
The championship nerves and opening conservative playing style drags scoring down in the first half.
