How is this possible?

Wisconsin Badgers are 5-1 against Purdue, Illinois, Michigan St,and Michigan! They were the only team to beat Michigan in the conference and at their place. Won at Illinois and beat them today in conference tournament. Won against State at home and split with Purdue! They are barely in the top 25 with these key wins! And projected a 8 seed! I’m only saying this to watch out for teams that are underrated and seated high. They have also been playing the tournament without one of their best players who’s returning for Ncaas! And they are 13 point underdogs tomorrow against a team they beat. They may get smoked because they are due for one. Look for an example like this to be a long shot that gets know love to make it to the Final Four. And two of the best guards in basketball. Yeh, they might have lost to Oregon, but ranked 24 or not even being ranked with these wins. Come on. This could be a Final Four team if guards shoot well and Nolan Winter comes back!

I had Wisconsin -6.5 yesterday. If they don’t choke that cover I was taking their ML today.  I don’t understand how they are catching 12.5 tomorrow.

 Win or lose tomorrow, their ranking is ridiculous, they have Final Four credentials with great guard play! You telling me there is a MAC team rated better than them! That MAC team has played no one inside the top 50! They beat 5 top ten teams and Michigan and in Michigan!

Agree they beat Michigan earlier in the season.

 Yes you are probably right. But come on with their top wins and barely being ranked. Two well known possibly NBA guards. Put anyone against them, they can beat them!You cannot say that for a lot of teams beating top teams

 Obviously. I get it! Line shouldn’t be that high, but it is thinking revenge blowout. Wisconsin running on an extra day. They should lose. Money will probably be on the dog with that many points. I get how Vegas works. Michigan mad, Wisconsin content to be blown out! 

the line is based on what the oddsmakers think will bring in 50-50 action both ways, and public perception from many is that Michigan is a very good team, ranked much higher, and in this time of year there are many who gamble on games that do not sit here day after day like we do, when you watch basketball it does not take long to extend a lead past 12 pts then you have the revenge factor, i agree 12.5 seems like a lot, and if everyone thought like us the line would drop to -8 by morning  but it wont, i think this line moves no more than a point either way, i am sure there are many who would lay Michigan -11 or take wisconsin +12.5  thats my prediction   i had this line at 10.5  ...but that is a diff of just 2 ft's with 5 sec's left....lol

Interesting! I just don’t see the talent level of Michigan better than Wisconsin. I guess it’s all about public perception! Too me the only difference is Wisconsin layed down to a few crappy teams this year in conference and out of conference, where as Michigan did not! If Wisconsin had a higher ranking like Illinois, Purdue or Michigan St, in which they beat all three and Illinois twice, this would not be a 12 spread! I can see Michigan waxing them tomorrow. Revenge for only defeat in Big 10 and more rest. Wisconsin on their third day, Michigan second day!
