Tarleton State -2.5: Opening salvos at the WAC tourney in Vegas. Been a crazy season for the Texans with lots of turmoil with Coach Gillispie and a carousel of guys in and out of the lineup on a given night. Texans have a gamebreaker in former UCF guard Dior Johnson and he is back fully healthy now. DJ only played 19 of the 31 Texan games but averaged 23.8 points and torched Abilene for 33 in his only game against them. That was part of a four-game stretch in which he also had 40, 36 and 34 point outings. Abilene won 2 of the 3 meetings but have been largely dismal overall this season. Think with this short number at a neutral that the team with the better talent gets it done. 0.75 units.
