Had any white athlete, or white kid said this about a black person...Jessie Jackson would be all over the tv, people would want the kid suspended and school fined or shut-down...
It doesnt matter if he said 'nigga' or not...had any white person/kid been asked about another person or player who was black and he said " F Him'....all hell would break lose

I don't think so. Kids are caught on live game t.v. broadcasts all of the time cursing at each other (black and white), and there isn't an uproar. I think cursing is acceptable. It's when race and sexual orientation that gets brought up is when uproars begin.

This wasnt in the middle of a play or a game...this was 20+ minutes after the game was over.
Like I said, take the racist word 'nigga' out of it, and its still a joke of what was said and how people are trying to stick up for him...
Had ANY white person been asked a question about a black person, or asian or anyone else....and the white person responded with "F Him"...or even worse "F that nigga"....there would be riots

Agree to disagree I guess. I am not sticking up for Harrison at all, I think he is an idiot, and his reaction in the press conference shows poor sportsmanship. I also think it reflects Calipari's lack of discipline. I just don't think there would be an uproar if it was a White player either.

if it were totally reversed then it would be Frank making a remark such as: cracke*, redne*k, honke*. Harrison said nigg* so how does that offend Kaminsky????
If harrison wouldve said f that cracke* it would be different but he said the n word which is normal when a black person says it

For the record...I see nothing wrong with what he said. I played sports all my life and through D-1 schools...Ive heard this 1000+ times.
What I do have a problem with, is the world today and the HUGE issues that happen everyday and why our world is terrible and just a disaster getting worse everyday and every year.
My main point is, had the situation been reversed with a white person answering the question that way, like I said even with just a "F Him"....
Not one person can honestly deny this story wouldnt be all over the news, papers, shows, social media with everyone talking how racist that player was, school was and etc....
Thats the real problem here and in the world today. Its amazing how different things are played out with different races

You have to ask yourself, why would he say it to begin with. Blacks lose every day, whites lose every day. He needs to take a sensitivity class at the very least, so just maybe, he'll understand remarks like his can and will define how he is viewed by his peers. If he doesn't care, well then, most of us will continue to view him as nothing more than a black racist who just happened to get caught on tape hating on whitey. No more excuses, Calipari and Kentucky lets see you step up to the plate. (but I highly doubt it)
