We were very close to pulling the trigger on this one earlier today, and
now that the game has been moved up to a 4:05 Eastern tip-off we have
the edges to get over the top. For a Bradley team already struggling in
so many ways, losing at least half of the expected crowd, and likely
even more, makes it an atmosphere hardly conducive for an 0-11 Missouri
Valley free-fall to turn around.
It has been a rocky campaign all
the way for Jim Les, who lost Taylor Brown before the season started
and then Sam Maniscalo six games into the campaign. Now there are also
issues with leading scorer Andrew Warren, who left Saturday’s loss with a
head injury. Even with Warren scoring 22 pints the Braves were beaten
much worse than the 81-68 final score can show at Creighton earlier,
trailing by 25 points at halftime, when only one Blue Jay starter played
more than 27 minutes.
While Bradley fades, and gets stuck in a
lackluster environment today that does not create any energy to help,
Creighton is playing as well as anyone in the Valley. The Blue Jays have
won their last two home league games in double figures, and took
Missouri State and Northern Iowa both to the wire in their last two
trips. They have the depth to wear down the shallow host; the FT
shooting (73.9 percent) to close out with a lead; the confidence to know
that they can win on this court (seven wins in the last nine trips);
and having already made it to Peoria last night, starting early is
actually an advantage for them, instead of having to sit around all day.

Andrew Warren, the conference's leading scorer, had 15 points for Bradley.
The
Braves focused on ball-control offense, often not even looking for a
shot until fewer than 10 seconds remained on the shot clock.
Wichita
State limited Bradley to two points in the final 7 minutes of the half
to lead 30-18 at halftime. In the second half, Smith scored every point
of a 14-3 run that put the game away. Smith had four 3-pointers during
the stretch.

I have info that Warren will not play due to the early tip with a stiff neck. Take it with a grain of salt. I like Creighton anyway, but this makes it a big play for me. Be wary of road faves obviously, but I really like this spot for Creighton. Their bigs will overwhelm Bradley IMO.

he doesn't know for certain, but that is what he told me he heard. like I said, believe me or don't, it is your money. I don't want you to blame me if he gets a shot and tries to play.

not game of year, biggest bet of year clown and it is all relative to my other bets. I have been on a nice run and hit a lick on Texas and so this is my biggest bet of the year, so far. If I hit this than UK first half tonight will be biggest bet of year. C'mon dude. I was on this game anyway and when I learned Warren wasn't 100% I doubled my bet size. hate away. I love games that I can watch while making money at work.

Even if Warren plays and scores 30 I will take creighton all day long. I can't fathom wasting hard-earned dollars on the clown brigade masquerading as the Bradley bball team.

"...the team's third preseason All-MVC pick, senior guard Andrew Warren,
went down with a neck injury with just under 4 minutes remaining Sunday
at Wichita State ... Warren, who leads The Valley in scoring at 18.9
points per game, is expected to play Tuesday"
He is definitely banged up. I saw he finished the game, but you wonder how serious the injury is, neck injuries aren't fun to deal with.
