Line opened Texas State-2.5. Southern 2 nights ago played at Texas in Austin. Southern is a SWAC Perennial bottom feeder. Not this year. They took Washington to 2 OTs before losing. Southerns strength of schedule dwarfs Texas St.
Texas St is 6-0 at home. That would normally worry me but Southern hasn’t had a home game yet so this is their “home” in a sense.
Im taking the points here with Southern+3.5 as a live dog!

Watched Marshall play against Virginia and they are really reliant on the 3 ball. It seems to be a decent assessment as they get almost 40 per cent of their scoring from 3 point land. Also noticed they foul a LOT, which the stats also confirmed. WK is obviously not Virginia, but they can win this game, especially if they can drain their free throws at a decent clip.

What's your take on cal st. Northridge +1 at home vs Fresno. Fresno is 1-2 vs the big west losing at home vs uc Davis, and there common opponent Santa Barbara, Fresno lost by 5 while Northridge beat Santa Barbara by 21 at home.

Sorry saw this a bit ago. I apologize for not answering your question because the line appears sharp.
There is huge discrepancy in the total. The two teams average 150 ppg and give up 149 combined through 12 games yet the total is 160. Whenever I see that the game flies over.
In fact I like this better than Southern.
I know it’s a chase spot and totals get taxed late night spots because overs are an optimistic bet but this is over taxed. Begging the under.

I’d lean Fresno because I see 72 pct of the tickets and money are on Northridge. Late night chase short faves people tend to take dogs on the money to avoid laying the juice.
