As for last night it was a horrible day  shit happens!  I move on!

You are a good capper but you bring a lot of grief on yourself with your cocky posts and some of the nonsense you spew, such as telling the forum you will leave if you don't hit 75% over the week which you did not do. People find that arrogant. I find that forum members who are humble get much less backlash than those who are not during rough spans. Also you are not always honest about your wins and losses.
