Why is the winky line keep moving up?

is this just public $ moving the line up????? i usually get nervous when i see the line move like this "the day of" .......is this smart money moving the line or joe public $????

this is crazy.....line just clicked to +145 at my place also.......has moved up 30 cents since yesterday......i dont like these kind of jumps the day of...BUT, its time to lock in at +145 on BHOP.....hopefully he aint just comin for a paycheck

Vegas seems really, really heavy on Hopkins, which spells possible doom for the public yahoo chasing Winky now at like -165........amazing.
 
I'm not saying Winky loses tonight, but I damn sure am saying laying -165 on him is stupid over the long grind.
