What a boring weekend, there will not even be any lined fights happening Saturday night.  Things will get back to normal next week.  I guess watching college football will have to suffice.

Only down on one play as of now, still waiting for 5dimes to open up all of their odds.  I am also looking at playing Witter by decision, TheGreek has it at +110, but I will wait to see if 5dimes opens up outcomes on the fight.

Yeah, they didn't have them up last night when I made the post, they also have the two Telefutura fights lined.

I ended up taking Witter by decision at TheGreek, I was surprised that 5dimes didn't open up outcomes for that fight.  Other than that I am done for the week.  Big chalk and unknown fighters round out the rest of the card tonight, just not much out there.

It feels weird that it is 7:30 eastern on a Friday and I am done betting for the weekend playing only 2 fights.  Another solid upset winner with Simpson.  I like Witter to win handily on points, but I never expected him to dominate in the fashion that he did.  A definite statement by Witter to the rest of the division.


Won .44 of a unit for the week.

Looks like next week will be pretty dull too.....

The Marquez PPV card has now been scrapped.

I am not very high on Casal after seeing him in his last Shobox appearance, a loss as sizable favorite, but I don't know much about the other guy. 

I would not recommend laying the chalk on Casal especially with the height disadvantage he will have.  There will be much better opportunities down the road than Casal tonight.

Great last round in the Casal fight.  Hope you saw my post and saved your money, good to see the judges make the right decision.  I like what I saw from De Marco, similar fighting style to Armando Santa Cruz, very rangy and quick handed.

Swept em yesterday!

Won all of my bets yesterday.  Ended up hedging the Judah under and Casal over De Marco to even.  And luckily I did, both those bets would of lost.

I need to gain some balls.  If I had added 0's to my bets over the last month I'd be +$10,000.  But after seeing Gonzalez vs. Penalosa when I ALMOST put 5k to hedge my 1500 on bautista...I'm going to take the slow/medium road.

Everything won. & how about the scorecard of 3 throat slashes to 1 up-your's! I guess Zab did really hurt his mit, as he was much less offense orriented the closing rounds.

Lamont looked bigger to me, more cut up, 'spically in the back. But I still don't quite know what he & his bro' really are, as neither one has really been hard pressed. But they are winning, & improving, & that's all they can do.

Stoppages on the other 2 fights for me, I like that.

I love when people come in after the fact from losing nights and claim miraculous hedges.  If you lose you lose, at least last week when you lost you only claimed BS instead of some lame hedge story.

And why would you have put $5,000 on Gonzo-Penalosa to hedge a $1500 bet on Bautista?  That wouldn't even be a hedge.

Laughin.... Think what you want.  Truth is, I washed both those bets and actually came out $30 ahead because everything was parlayed with Federer.  Who won today.  Nice. 

Gonzo - Because I thought it was a sure bet and was unsure about Bautista.  It wasn't that Penalosa won.  It was how it happened.  With Gonzalez dominating the whole fight.  It's funny how surprised even Penelosa was.  He could barely believe it.

Lamont Peterson/Frankie Santos under 9½ +115 for Game

I know that you parlayed them with Federer, you tried to post your betting ticket which had win amounts on it and it messed up spacing in the thread yesterday.  I got them to take it out last night, because you couldn't read other posts.

You came out down just over a C-note according to the math that I learned in elementary school.  All you have to do is go back and check the parlay odds.  $250 in losses on Casal and the Judah under then your other three chalk winners with Federer -1100 added up to right at $150.

I love when people try to claim winning nights or clean sweeps when they actually lost for all to see.  Losers love to pad their imaginary bankroll.

By the way, that is not an example of a hedge. 

I think Zab far from shined last night.  It was kinda funny how he was playing with his new  iPhone.

If you really need to see to believe.. I can post a couple screenshots.  Believe what you want. 

When parlayed with Federer at -1100, both the De Marco and the over with Judah washed the original bets and put me at approx. +$30 .  If you're that bored...Do the math again because you're wrong.

Oh yea... And won with Henin yesterday too. 

LOL, you never mentioned De-Marco and the over in the Judah fight yesterday.  That's what I'm saying you posted a clean sweep, but in reality you lost money with the parlays you posted.  Hedges are easy covers for losing nights when mentioned the next day.  It is easy to post clean sweep winning nights when you make up stuff after the fact.

That Penalosa/Gonzo and Bautista example is not even close to what the definition of a hedge is.

You know that anyone can make up a betting ticket right?  People do it on here all the time, it's just some simple editing.

Don't mess up the thread's spacing anymore.  Next time just post you plays if you want to claim winners or clean sweeps.
