He's the best bullshitter in the sport

He's good though, but I had this fight a draw, and I'm feeling VERY lucky to cash my BHop ticket

Would not label it BS it is what the sport has become. Only reason it was not a draw was HOP hit him with more damaging shots. To take a champs belt you must convincing win not just cruise through. The cards numbers were way off though.

G8 ill agree 1000 % I m hapy as hell had two parlay and two stragiht tickets on BHOP but his shit is weak and old. Similar to my love for Taylor. i ve cashed at least 6 grand in tickets for him but most because HBO is behind him and his shit is old too. Pavlik most likely gets him next time.

I called it.  I texted a couple of my boys, and I quote "Watch, as close as this fight is, some judge will have it 8-4"

    Damn. . .  I'd never have thought it was 9-3, 9-3, and 8-4. . .

Remember when before the Trinidad fight, Hopkins flew to Costa Rica and bet 25K on himself to win that fight? Apparently he couldn't do that in Vegas because that would've been something not allowed.  That was cool, and he destroyed Felix.  I think he won the first fight with Taylor, don't know about the second, but this guy is money, one of the greatest of all time.

I don't know because I didn't see the fight, but I am watching interviews on ESPN news and Winky looks like he got hit by a truck, Hopkins doesn't have a mark on him.  Maybe 8-4 is about right.

A NASTY butt at that. His brow split INSTANTLY.

Hopkins was the aggressor/counter power puncher who dictated a lot of the pace - if you could say there was a pace - but Wright got in a lot more clean shots, and was less apt to hold like BHop was.  I believe Winky had a better landing % too, and blocked a LOT of Hopkins shots - like he always does.

The best I had this fight was 115-113, but that was the BEST and giving BHop the benefit of the doubt because he was the aggressor.  Honestly, I thought it was going to be a split decision, or draw.

    E. Steward was correct though, BOTH fighters showed their age a bit, and I'll be looking to fade both in their next fight (if they are favored, it'll be almost for sure).

117-111 was ridiculous in my opinion but I did think BHop won for sure but it was more like 115-113

I thought Lederman blew the 4th round (from memory) and I had it 3-3 after six with Hopkins winning 4 of the last 6.  However, had it been 115-113 Wright I would not have complained.  Hopkins had good judges...one of which gave Taylor the decision over Wright.

He bet 125K on himself!  And it was from goldenpalace.com, when they we're still allowed to put tatoos on they're backs.  And he could have bet anything he wanted to on himself in Viva!  Your allowed to, as long as it's on yourself, not on your oponent!

Lederman's so full of shit win!  I actually had it similar bro, but had B-Hop 4-2 after 6.  And had him winning 3 of the last 6.  So 117-111 is fucking ridiculous!

I also had the fight a draw. I was shocked at the scores.  What is the boxing press saying

X does have a high inRing I.Q., & boo-cu Experience to draw upon. No 1, 2, or 3 ways about that. But I agry w/ the above poster(s) in that I'd badly love to see JoeCal match up w/ X up in NYC in Yankee Stadium. JoeCal's work rate would be tough for an aging X to deal w/, & X would surely foul all nite long to actually keep it close. But I'd very much enjoy watching that fight.

I think that fight would be closer than people think.  Hopkins has a real good way about him where he frustrates his opponents and they end up fighting his fight.
