5-2 Hatton. Paulie is completely lost, he has no idea what to do to in there and you can count on one thing Buddy doesn't know what to tell him either. Floyd Sr....I still think you have a future as a speech therapist.

Why Paulie is throwing single shots is beyond me? Why is he not at least trying to put together combinations. I have the overused saying "Punches in bunches", but it is very relevant here. 6-2 Hatton, Paulie will only get through to the final bell on determination now because he looks tired and every power shot is affecting him.

It really was a formality at that point, but interesting choice to throw in the towel by McGirt seeing as how Paulie never touched the canvas. McGirt is developing even another wrinkle to his resume; not only can he not train a fighter to do work toward their strengths, not make adjustments, but he is also becoming quite towel friendly (tonight, Brewster, Gatti, and I know there are more); Gatti was warranted but he is definitely not afraid to reach for it or threaten to.

i don't think it was necessary to throw in the towel....obviously paulie had no shot of winning the fight but at the same time you might as well let him go all the way as he wasnt in any real danger
hatton knew he had it in the bag and i think buddy shouldve just let paulie make it to the decision

nice finish for KO backers bad luck for those who cut the odds with decision which i almost did. Love the band. Makes the fights more fun. mexican and brits only seam to get that.
Not sure what was more one sided OU tech or this fight. tech got a couple fourth q td s so i d pick this fight. only reason pauli did not hit the canvas was he can grab on the way down like no fighter i ve seen.
