Cotto was putting on a clinic in the 1st.  Very effective boxing.  10-9 Cotto.

Margarito better in the 2nd.  Starts to really pressure Cotto, but Cotto countered well.

Hard to score.  Margarito was much better, and it was close, but I liked Cotto in the first 30 seconds and last 30.  Crowd gave standing ovation.

Margarito warned twice for low blows in the 3rd.  The second one landed about mid thigh on Cotto.
Really good clean fighting.  Cotto is sharp and Margarito is determined.
Margarito is moving forward incessantly, but Cotto keeps backing up, squaring up, and landing hard.

Margarito isn't cutting off the ring, he's chasing him.  Cotto back up and backs up, then plants his feet and hits the shit out of Margarito 3 times.  Then he moves back again.  It's a clinic.

The most dominant round of the night so far, and it was margarito's
the 8th round will be huge - cotto either gets knocked out, or reestablishes what he did in the first 4-5 rounds
