Here's how each result impacts the multiplier:
- Ball or strike: 0.25x
- Single: 1x

I'll walk you through a recent example of a wager I made to illustrate how to use the Moonshot feature:
Step 1: Find and load Moonshot
Once you select MLB from the DraftKings sports menu, you'll be able to scroll over to the Moonshot tab in the carousel.
Select the specific game you want to bet on, then click the 'Launch' button.
Step 2: Place your wager
Click the 'Wager a Moonshot' button. If an at-bat is already underway, your wager will be applied when the next one begins.
Decide how much you want to stake and select your target multiplier.
Choose your target multiplier wisely, as your bet will automatically cash out once you reach it. You can also choose to manually cash out before your target multiplier is reached.
Step 3: Start playing and choose when to cash out
My Moonshot started for an at-bat between Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Jesus Sanchez and Houston Astros pitcher Hunter Brown.
The first pitch was a strike, moving my multiplier to 0.25x. You have the option to cash out after every pitch, but I decided to keep going.
You can view the pitch-by-pitch results of your current Moonshot in real time on the right side of your screen, and also see how previous Moonshots played out.
