Ryan Garcia vs. Luke Campbell odds have been pulled from the betting board following news that their bout will be postponed due to Campbell testing positive for COVID-19.

The interim WBC lightweight championship bout was originally scheduled for December 5 with the unbeaten Garcia opening as a -200 favorite.

The former Olympic gold medalist Campbell was the underdog at +150 and with reports that he is well on the road to recovery the boxing odds should eventually be back with little change.
