First off, I believe ToonieBet could benefit from an overall platform update, as its current layout and design is outdated, basic, and lacking the flash that other top Ontario sportsbooks implement to draw bettors in. In my opinion, even something as simple as incorporating team logos or colour schemes onto their betting markets would make a dramatic difference to the page's overall look.
As mentioned above, ToonieBet Sportsbook must provide a more well-rounded customer support service. Although I could have just caught them during a bad time, waiting days to receive a call back is abominable in 2025.
Lastly, and likely the most important issue that ToonieBet Sportsbook needs to address initially, is its uneven withdrawal processing times. Although a customer support agent ensured that all withdrawals should be finalized within 24 hours, I've heard from existing users who have waited up to eight days to receive their funds, which is simply unacceptable. ToonieBet must be consistent in order to compete with the best Ontario sports betting sites in 2025.
