The text above written by GG is good advice. I would add one more point. I would also reference the exact case when speaking respectfully to the police. Mapp vs ohio 1961 is the landmark case regarding illegal search and seizure in America, which is the 4th amendment. When you are aware of something like this it makes law enforcement consider that you may have a legal background and they are far far less likely to trample on your rights. |

If you want to see what every online poker player wants to become, look no further than Dan Bilzerian
in General Discussion There is a thread on the biggest poker site in NVG that is HIGHLY entertaining and informative ....some on his dad...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Bilzerian Paul Alec Bilzerian (born 1950) is an American corporate takeover specialist.[1][2] Convicted of securities and tax laws violations relating to unsuccessful takeover attempts of various companies in the 1980s, Bilzerian served a prison sentence and was also ordered to disgorge his profits, leading him to bankruptcy and ongoing disputes with the Securities and Exchange Commission.[3] ......... Due to the size of the fines against him, Bilzerian first filed for bankruptcy in 1991. Bilzerian emerged from that bankruptcy having paid roughly $400,000 in settlement of debts exceeding $300 million.[26] In 1999 he tried to put his house up for sale, and at one point even Mike Tyson was reportedly interested in buying.[27] He filed for bankruptcy again in January 2001, declaring his assets of $15,805 against $140 million in debts. Under Florida bankruptcy law, the value of his primary residence was protected from creditors. The SEC alleged that Bilzerian was using bankruptcy as a tactic to block creditors from finding out the true value of his assets.[26] Later in the month, a federal judge ordered Bilzerian imprisoned for contempt of court due to his failure to disclose his assets.[28] On June 11, 2001, while Bilzerian was in prison, FBI agents raided his family's residence on the strength of a sealed warrant and seized computers, files, and a Beretta firearm. The raid appeared to be related to SEC contentions that Bilzerian had concealed his ownership of assets during bankruptcy proceedings by transferring them to trusts and shell corporations.[29]Bilzerian was released from prison in January 2002 pursuant to an agreement under which Steffen would sell the residence and split the proceeds with the SEC. Bilzerian was critical of the deal, describing it as the SEC using him "as a hostage to extort money" from his wife.[28] In May 2004, Steffen sold her residence for $2.55 million to a partnership controlled by a Belgian businessman; SEC attorneys approved the unusually low price.[3] According to court documents filed in 2006, Steffen's parents purchased a 99% interest in that partnership three weeks later.[30] |

I assume this thread is serious, if not you are a worthless individual. I am going to believe you are sincere and it is serious and reply accordingly. If your brother is telling the truth that he is stuck a huge amount don't give him any money. He will take that money and try and run it up and not pay the bookie a cent. Listen man pay serious attention to what I am saying. If you decide the bookie is a serious and danger guy and you decide to pay him that's your prerogative. If you decide he is not a danger to you or your family and you are not paying a cent that is also your prerogative. If you are paying him DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR AND HAND HIM 40k. Let's say you decide to pay him, what you will have to do is negotiate a settlement. Also if you get 40k the smart move is to tell bookie something like I can pay 3k a week not ever ever hand him 40k. No bookie is going to say " no I don't want 3k a week I want it all or you are in danger" This would buy you and your brother time to reevaluate. The minute you give the bookmaker all the money you have you lose all your leverage. THE LEVERAGE YOU HAVE BECAUSE OF THE MONEY IS WITH BROTHER AS WELL AS BOOKIE..If you decide to pay and make a lump payment you are a fool. Also if you are paying 3k a week you can tell your idiot brother 1. Get a job 2 go to gamblers anonymous 3-5 times a week 3 never ever ever ever gamble again 4 stop being a lowlife 5. Add whatever you want to the list The minute he stops doing any of this the bookie gets no more payments from you. Also if your brother lives at home these guys are not brain surgeons unless your family are extremely wealthy, which obviously isn't the case or you would not be stressing. Letting someone get in the hole 240k who loves with mommy is a little silly. He may actually be stuck 40k and want you to pay it so he can win it back in march madness. There are tons of different aspects to this I sent you a friend request if you have any questions to ask me privately. I will tell you up front In my profession I am connected to law enforcement so if you are dumb enough to try and harm the bookie don't accept my friend request and don't contact me. If you just want the best answers I can give them to you and I want nothing in return. I am sorry to hear you are in this predicament. Good luck

You can lay 9k to win 1500 on a ML bet and when you cash the ticket, or even If it's multiple tickets they require SSN. Even more ridiculous is slot and video poker rules. Let's say you play a 25 dollar 10 play VP machine. If you play the max play (5credits per hand) you are wagering 1250 dollars. You can actually LOSE money on a hand and still be forced to fill out a tax form!!!!!

Bling is right if you have a High end MGM card like noir you will be hooked up. Your personal circumstance you will be fine also. Mirage has a huge race section. 1500 will get you a seat or two if you want every single time. 100% for sure they will accommodate you.

17 of 18 players at WSOP 2013 final two tables is a full time Pro or high stakes regular
in Poker 17 of the 18 players that reached the final two tables at WSOP 2013 main event ( except for Jay Farber a vegas club promoter currently 4th ) has substantial online winnings or live tournament results. Every single one of them is a professional poker player. Should be a great final table. Jay is currently banned on 2+2 and JC tran is banned from commerce casino, I wonder if these bans get lifted

But a drug safe haven is no answer for many reasons . The only way to even put a dent in the drug trade or in illegal guns in the country is to institute EXTREMELY harsh MANDATORY sentences if a person is caught with a gun or in the sale of drugs . No drug programs no sob stories about needing protection . No exceptions. If the presidents daughter gets caught with a gun she goes to prison . Anyone no exceptions. This would be unreasonable and barbaric and in some isolated instances good people will suffer greatly because of these laws. The reality is something this extreme is the only way to turn things around anytime soon, maybe at all .

Perhaps setting aside some part of the city where the general populace doesn't go and allowing dealers free reign to sell and users free reign to use, would keep this kind of stuff away from people who want no part of it. The police could then supervise this area to ensure there is no violence while dealers can operate their businesses. Drug dealing/using is going to happen anyway, might a well take it as far away from the general public as possible . Problem with zoned drug areas is the addicts will roam elsewhere and do whatever they need to in order to finance their addictions. Then people "that want no part of it" become victims of it
