Three weeks ago I loaded my debit card and went to put $215 on my 5dimes account. The transaction was taking forever so I decided to refresh the screen(on iPhone) in thinking it might just be a bad signal. Anyway, with me refreshing my screen the money was still sent to them and my cc provider shows it as posted along with a 4.30 international fee/charge. Figured it was just going to be a simple processing glitch and I would get my money back. It's been 3 weeks now and my money is still floating somewhere as my cc company tried to explain to them that they did receive the money. Not saying I'm getting robbed but let your browser do what it has to do and do not hit the refresh button! 3weeks, somebody has to gave the money, that's what's so friggin frustrating..

This happened to me before on their site. I'm guessing it never dropped off your credit card statement? I had to jump through a lot of hoops, including giving them contact information at the CC company and a copy of my statement (I blacked out everything but the 5dimes charges that were processed) and eventually they credited the account. It was a pain in the behind because of the time it took, but the funds eventually got credited to my account without much kicking and screaming.

Wish I could say the same Nance. Filled out the trans dispute and other docs but still no money claimed by either party. What a mess, going on a month now..

Dispute the charges with your CC. They will definitely refund you the money.
