Generally they have treated me well but wanted to vent for a quick second about something.  I accidently made a $10 wager on the european championship 12/1/2010 and they will not cancel the wager.  I've wager 50k+ since and they will NOT do me any favors.  TERRIBLE service.  It was my mistake but really there is nothing they can do to appease me?!?!?!?!?!!?

customer service is not their forte.. don't get into an argument with them as they might close your account and ban you from the site

same thing goes for heritage, i displayed frustration that site was down all day yesterday and they closed my account permeantly. they said they can at any time for any reason. they have no customer serv skills and are a bunch of foreign a-holes. get out while you still can

Yea - Average of last 100 bets is $184 which includes 32 racebook wagers(BIG $$ for book).  I can say besides this and 2 other issues their customer service has been great.  I understand not setting a precident but I mean I actually placed the wager in may 2010 not december.  Either way I'm a bit frustrated.  Such is life...

they let me cancel a wager one time, they said i had a one time exception, it was a tennis wager i had accidently clicked wrong person and they let me cancel and change my wager before it started,
