This is good for the Democrats in 2016..Hillary will have a field day with the Bush legacy. G.W. will have to come out of hiding to support his brother, and that puts Cheney in the mix.

Rumsfield, Donald Trump, and 999 will be on a campaign bus touring the nation..LOL.

Robney will be pushing to be VP. LOL

Meanwhile...Hillary and Bill will be packing to move into the White House.

Another BUSH running?  Don, THAT WOULD BE A DREAM COME TRUE.  The Bush's have destroyed the Republican Party.  It would be Hillary in a cakewalk!

don, this is exactly what unapologetic democrats like you would want.  imagine last year's table with the likes of perry, santorum , cain, bachmannia and someone with the name bush on the back of his jersey in place of romney.  they'd probably cancel the election to avoid the embarrassment.

as for the rest of us

No more Bushes, No more Clintons.
No Kings, No Queens, how about some real candidates?
Can we please for the love of God have a choice that is worth making in this country?

It is truly sad, because the majority of American are like Don.  They will mindlessly follow the Party line.
They are like a herd of lemmings.
I do not doubt the next president's name will be a Bush or Clinton.

No way does Jeb Bush win the nomination. Any true conservative will not vote for him, just like we didn't vote for McCain or Romney. If he does happen to win the nomination, he will get destroyed by the Dem nominee, no matter who it is. Jeb's flip flop on illegal immigration will not fool anyone that pays attention. Rubio has hurt himself with conservatives too with his gang of 8 BS.

I dont understand why the name Bush is a such a bad thing...

George Bush Sr is the last "one term president" that based on his performance America absolutely refused to give him another term...

GW, Obama, Clinton never hit this type of low...

but then 8 years later GW is a 2 term president...

so I figure give it 8 years since the last Bush is president and there will be millions of americans that will blindly vote the next one...

at least that is what history shows us

DL, it's not the Bush name, it's Jeb's policies/stances on issues that turn conservatives off. I'm a registered Republican but I won't vote for him, just as I refused to vote for Romney and McCain. I will not vote for any RINO, Jeb is one. Christie is one.

Tell me about which one of Jeb's policies/stances turn conservatives off?

and why would conservatives oppose the bush agenda?

There should be a "monarch amendment" proposed for our constitution.

"anyone in the immediate family, or married to a president is not eligible to run for president".

Amnesty/citizenship for illegals. Despite what he says is his stance now, he has always advocated for citizenship. I'll admit he had a good record as Gov and has a history of being fiscally conservative, which i like.

It was a month into the last election when I mentioned that Obama should choose Hillary as VP.

I think it's never too early to campaign to eradicate extreme right wing Rush repulsicans. If you listen closely, they are starting already for 2014 mid-term elections. They badmouth Obama every day on Faux news, and yes I do watch all stations.

It seemed like GW was not hard on illegals and was liked by hispanics and got their vote so there might be some consistency between bushes...

also the make up of his own state...  perhaps if he governed in state clear on the other side of the USA he might have a different stance...

It would seem that running jeb would be good strategy as the bushes have been able to gain hispanic vote... as there is no way that the racist antihispanics would jump over to vote for the dem candidate...

fiscal conservatism with out the racism...  sounds like something I can get behind...
