"George W Bush was a very pro business President and he wrecked alot of business. I mean he was a disaster."
"You know we had this president who was pro business and he was horrendous."
I mean, the idea that if we get a Republican in things will gt better. George W Bush was the worst President for business I've ever seen. He qwas that bad."
"The Guy was very Hoover like"
There is still a little honesty among the Wall street crooks.

Basically Kramer says Obama is the opposite of Bush in that he is anti-business, but the result is the same as W: the business sector is taking a beating because incompetence in the White House. Specifically, Kramer says Obama is beholdin' to enviros and that as a result we have an incoherhent energy policy that has resulted in the collapse of natural gas prices (and the wasting of this abundant natural resource) and last week's killing of the Keystone pipeline.
I don't disagree. Obama is in over his head.

Bush is the only reason Obama will get re-elected. He fucked shit up so bad, people would rather take their chances with Obama and crazy ass idea's than return to the Republican policies.

Cramer is the poster child for wall street crooks.
That guy should be locked away for the inside crap he pulled while running his hedge fund and for LEGALLY misleading and defrauding people via his tv show on CNBC.

First he profited off inside info which is disgusting
Second, he treated his employees like garbage (fact)
Third, he has ZERO accountability for his advice. He is given an open platform for deceiving innocent morons who watch CNBC. His record of zig zagging stock picks is abhorrent, if you want to research it the info is out there.
Fourth, he is a stock tout..makes money off selling his bad advice via CNBC and his company
I could go on..the point is that he does absolutely nothing good for the investment public, if you follow his advice you will lose it all guaranteed..not that anyone could follow his advice. You would need a billion dollars to buy and sell every bad pick he makes.
The guy is toxic..he should not be allowed on a public tv station, he is a con scammer, nothing more than a Brandon Lang.

Understood. I don't follow his specific picks. I figured he was a tout. However, I do find his generic advice on the nuts and bolts of investing and the machinations of Wall Street to be helpful as I'm new to stock investing (I'm up 6.7% since my August entry point--an admittedly weird time to jump in).
If you have alternative resources to suggest, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I compare Cramer to my first few years of sports betting. Back then I had zero clue about betting outside of just blind favorites and I used to watch this sleezy show on Comcast in Philly put on by these touts..they sure sounded like they knew what they were doing..trend stuff (Mark L and others) and I took advice I saw from those guys. Of course they are losers who make money from selling picks and promoting themselves.
Cramer is the same exact thing..unless you watch him he does not make money, unless you subscribe to his service.
Being in the industry for the years I was he comes off to me for exactly what he is...a self promoting jerk who is only worth entertainment value. Consider yourself lucky that you are UP in an UP market..just be careful.

WSC, although I can agree with your post #8 on Kramer ..and will concede ground to you for being much more knowledgeable in the investment world ..
Can we agree that Kramer's statement, that Obama has pursued the wrong policies needed to get this economy going is correct ?
WSC,are not Obama's economic policies liken to the Costa Concordia, that ran aground and is now half-submerged after taking a hit on it's port side (port = left )...?

To the above I can also agree ...Jim Kramer who voted for Obama and is a liberal Democrat who was a cheerleader for Obama before the "08" elections ..said awhile back "This is the greatest wealth destruction I’ve seen by a president.".........
So George W Bush was the worst President for business Kramer has ever seen, but Obama to him ..is the one destroying America wealth for everyone ....
