I keep hearing that 45,000 Americans are dying each year due to lack of medical insurance. (I) Senator Sanders has been hitting the morning show circuits and repeating this number. So if the liberals believe this number is accurate, then I have som questions:
1) If 45,000 people are dying each year and you feel that getting this bill passed is so critical, then WHY DOES NOONE GET COVERED FOR THREE YEARS EVEN THOUGH THE TAX INCREASES KICK IN IMMEDIATELY? So they believe that these 105,000 people are going to die over the next three years while waiting for this legisaltion to kick-in?
2) After this legislation finally starts covering 30,000,000 uninsured of the 47,000,000 million that are uninsured, who are the remaining 17,000,000 people that will be left uninsured? Why will they not be insured under this plan? And using the liberals number of 45,000 dying and you cover 2/3 of them, won't there still be 15,000+ dying due to lack of insurance?
3) Finally Obama was claiming how they struck a blow to big insurance and big pharma and that special interests did not win out in the end. If this is true why are the stocks soaring at 52 week highs for insurance companies? Even Senator Sanders said that the insurance companies and drug companies will "make out like bandits, and will be laughing all the way to the bank".
