"If Sarah Palin becomes vice president it could be a really scary thing.  It's like a really bad Disney Movie where the soccermom becomes preisdent of the united states.

Need I say more?  Wake up people!!  She's a fucking sideshow!  and your all following it.  she's like the republican rodeo clown who the GOP threw out there to divert attention from their lack of solutions for this country.

not all america is big metropolitan areas...there's a ton of small towns

i'm surprised by damon...i mean born and bred in mass now a multimillionaire living in hollywood...i would have thought he'd be for mccain

 It just goes to show you not everybody in this world is worried about money and getting extra tax breaks.  Someday you will come around to that way of thinking and start to realize it actally feels better inside you.

he has more money than he could ever hope to spend in 10 lifetimes.

i assume actors are 1099'd so he is probably incorporated and pays a lower effective tax rate than you or i. yet he will never tell you that...neither will the rest of hollywood but they will ask that normal folks pay a higher rate by endorsing obama

just like warren buffett. he complains that his tax rate is lower than his secretary's....stop paying yourself in cap gains at 15% and then using the rest of your business expenses + charitable deductions to get to 0

Being from a small town and living in a small town does not disqualify you from being whatever you want to be.  Mooseburgers are delicious, so I have heard.  All I need is to have some actor or actress tell me how to vote.

The point is that just because they are recognizable as Movie Stars that makes them experts in politics. And yes, censorship is needed to some degree.

These rich spoiled hollywood types who pay very little taxes and know nothing about hard work , conservative values, raising families (ha ha that is VERY obvious) ,should not comment on politics until they prove that they can balance a checkbook, spell economy, or hold a family together.  As a matter of fact, I will never ever attend another Matt Damon movie nor support their sponsors.  I have also heard several other people voice the same sentiment.
