I limped into the playoffs and I am seriously broke at QB.  Drafted Vick and Filthy Rivers and neither is worth a garbage so I have been riding Stink Palmer for the last few weeks.  Please help me decide which QB to start this week.  I have detailed the best options available.

Stink Palmer - vs Broncos and THURSDAY game
Cutler - at Vikings
Wilson - vs AZ
Fitzpatrik - vs StL
Foles - at TB

Couple of other aveage QBs as well including Quinn, Ponder, Henne, Batch, Skelton, Gabbert, Locker, Weeden, Bradford

Any input appreciated!

Did the Big Ben owner drop him? He should be back this week.

You might have to stick with Palmer.

Wilson has been productive as of late, concern is rice may not play & you know lynch will be huge part of the game plan.

Weeden vs a shitty kc team whom is gonna have a tough week and altered schedule with the funeral. Emotional week maybe takes it toll on a bad team anyway.

Bradford with amedola back maybe, givins on the rise and buffalo can be passed on.

Hard call, Good luck

Thank Goon, I really screwed up earlier in the year by not snagging a capable backup.  Hope it doesn't cost me.  Should note that I am playing Peyton this week so if I start Stink Palmer it will be a showdown.

Also Big Ben not available.

Passed on Stink Palmer and he had 15 points.  If I had to do it over again I would have started him.

I was playing Denver D and Manning which had 11 and 16.5 points.   I did pick up Prater off waivers and started him for 14 points so I was able to neutralize Manning with his kicker.

I am leaning Wilson right now with Cutler and Weeden second and third.

Definitely going with Stink Palmer this week against KC.

If anyone cares feel free to comment on the rest of my lineup

RB- need 2

WR- need 3
V Jackson
R Cobb
Heyward-bey (thinking double dip with Palmer)

Or waiver

Or pickup

Cincy- love Thursday game D

Stink Palmer has been solid at times, but I actually like Wilson more.

WIlson wasn't a good start at home against AZ. The cardinal defense is actually decent, it's the offense that turns the ball over and can't move the ball. Seattle's defense is relentless at home and he wouldn't need to do much.

Wilson has put up better numbers on the road because he has to do more. The whole team doesn't play as well, so he throws more, and Buffalo's defense is nothing to be scared of.

Rice is an obvious start. Charles and Murray are tossups. Charles has more upside, but can put up a dudd (not likely in this one though).

Garrett likes to pass, so he runs out of necessity in order to set up the pass. The pass game has setup the RBs inside the 5 repeatedly for the past month or so. I'd expect Murray to get a score though. Still would go with Charles for upside. You're in the playoffs, so your opponent probably has a pretty good team.

Vincent Jackson is going to have a huge game. You're lucky to have him this week. You survived his crappy games for a 20-30 pt performance. Jackson gets nothing if he has a shutdown corner on him, but the Saints have the worst pass def in the league.

Cobb is definitely a start if Nelson doesn't go, but I would start him anyways. He's been targeted repeatedly for months.

I'd go DHB over Maclin. Foles only threw so much last week because Tampa's rush defense is the best in the league. Expect more balance this week. DHB could easily pull a donut though. Streeter, Myers, and Reece may eat up his targets.

If you're looking for a waiver TE, Tony Scheffler is worth a look. That Durham guy is no good and Pettigrew may not play. Broyles and Young are on IR.

I think Cincy's defense leads the league in sacks, ao they're a good start vs. a terrible O-Line.

Kicker is a crapshoot. stick with Prater or I'd look at Bironas or Phil Dawson. Crosby may be worth a look. Chicago's defense may be able to stall them, and the coach isn't afraid to send him out for 50+.

Take a look at my thread if you get the chance.
