you can't answer this question without knowing your lineup. Do you need an upgrade at WR, if you're getting Manning, do you have a back up QB, is there a backup on waivers that you can insure Manning with?

RGIII is at his peak right now. He's getting hit a ton at the line of scrimmage. In week 3, he completed 21 passes...and got hit 28 times. No way he survives the season. Peyton's schedule gets easier, and he gets more time to get his receivers on the same page. Peterson is taking too many carries off of ACL surgery, he won't last the whole season, and McCoy will get an increased workload. Marshall is getting the targets and yards, he will start getting the td's as well...Cobb is overrated unless it's a ppr league.
If you're getting McCoy, Manning and Marshall you are in great shape the rest of the year. My opinion is that the other owner is a prisoner of the moment and isn't thinking long term...take advantage of that
