This game probably will send me into retirement for the remainder of the season but I'm risking to lose $615 to win $300 on the Mets. I need a gem from Santana to keep me afloat otherwise the account is empty.

Something fishy going on here... the mets are laying -200 and even with the public ALL OVER them at 96% of the money, vegas has barely adjusted the line. Almost like vegas is totally content with all this money rolling in on Johan.
 
Johan has layed a lot of chalk his last 10 starts and the overall total of those starts is negative money for mets/johan takers. Pitchers like Johan are a dream for vegas. They over inflate the hell out of them with outrageous juice and play the averages.
 
Then you have to factor in Odalis has been awesome at home this year (ERA under 2.50) and the fact the mets bullpen is in COMPLETE shambles.
 
No way can I justify a mets bet here, this one is either Nats or no play.

Santana has to pitch 8 innings at least in every start simply because of how bad the Mets bullpen is right now.  Perez is a solid pitcher with some good stuff, and the Nats have taken 4 of the last 5 games against the Mets.  Not quite enough confidence in them to take this one down, but I am liking the OVER.
