Oakland has been struglling, but I like Gallagher in this spot.  Bannister has been bad on the road all season long.  A's ML is the play for me with both pitchers listed.

Bannister Road ERA is 8.60....
 
Bannister ERA this year vs Oak is 9.00
 
Bannister post all star break ERA is 7.56
 
Bannister July ERA is 8.10
 
Gallagher on the other hand has managed to keep his ERA under 3 since his trade to the A's, while facing 3 qulaity teams (Rangers, Yanks, Angels)
 
Then you have to factor in the royals probable inability to close out a sweep on the road. Lastly and perhaps most important you can't get the A's at a reasonable price.
 
Oakland takes this one
