After handling Tampa, post base-brawl session, I'd say Boston was feeling pretty damn pleased with themselves last night.

In fact, I can already hear one Red Sox player musing to the other, "man, we got SOOO shit-faced last night."  Either way, I just don't trust them here.  This game looks like a "slam dunk"; yet I refuse to back the home squad.

Bartolo Colon is still a limp noodle, I don't care what his numbers might be.  This game ought to be a close one.  Felix will likely be on a pitch-count, as he's playing at less than 100%.  I'm just feeling "visitors" in this opening match.

Boston can have the series, but for this opening game, it just seems like the Mariners are going to 'find a way'.

Wasn't it hernandez who almost pitched a no hitter against the sox maybe 1.5 years ago  lost money on that game too  I think he was pitching against dice k in  that game as well    I think the under is the way to go  on this game  and if you want to gamble then take sox -1.5 and the under

All you idiots who bet Tampa last night saying all the pro handicappers are betting this team will take the king here like a bunch of idiots.  I heard every game that series from kong killer that the smart money and people "who know what they were doing" were the betting the devil rays.  STOP ACTING LIKE YOU ARE SOMEBODY.  PEOPLE WHO LAY REAL MONEY DOWN DO NOT BET AGAINST THE RED SOX AT HOME PERIOD. PERIOD. im tired of all this here so decided to post but been using this site a while.  when see idiotic posts like that i have to speak up and NO im not a red sox fan

Yeah you are RedSox...you can admit it.  I'm a huge Homer...hence the avatar...but understand when to bet the Boston teams, and when not to.  Tonight is a game not to.  For me personally, it's because I will be at the game and I never bet on a game I attend.  Helps me enjoy the game that much better. 

For those of you who care, I will say that the Red Sox have never lost a game I've attended, and a majority of them go OVER.  It's a pretty impressive streak, I believe 11 or 12 games now.

Good call- all that emotion put the Red Sux over the top last night. Definately feelin good about themselves.

The M's should be able to pull this one off! They did play them pretty well in SEA last week too.

  It's fine to disagree Mr. Newby.  If you have an alternate opinion, then I think that's healthy.  But to come on here and start name-calling . . .  well, it's really childish.  Maybe when you've grown some, you can post here and add more to these threads - beyond acting like a loud-mouth.

Don't sweat these newbie assholes guys, they blow their low bankrolls quick and most of them never see 100 posts.  I have seen 1000s of them come and go since I joined the threads. 
 
Two reasons for their failures:
 
1: Shitty handicappers.
They play the obvious public teams and do not understand the number one rule of handicapping and pro gambling which is Money Management.
 
2. Low Bankroll
These fools have like $200 to bet on sports and they feel they can come in here and call us pros idiots.  I win/lose more in a week than these chumps make in a year working at Walmart or McDonalds.  They don't understand what "Dime Players" are.  They think that means they bet 10 cents.  LOL

I love the Drama about as much as the seattle backers!!  What in god's good name is the attraction to seattle???  Guys predicting that the sox went and got drunk last night???  Remember David Wells??  How great he pitched hung over??  How about guys posting "for the hell of it" plays....Why not throw a friggin dart???BArtolo colon is a 3-0 LIMP NOODLE who is throwing the ball very well!!!  If u back the Mariners tonight, you are backing Hernandez only.  Can he shut down the Sox???  I dont think so!  I will take Colon and the Sox OFFENSE tonight!  Anyway, you guys should learn to post some SOLID reasons/stats to back your plays if you want to be respected!!  Seattle has won three out of their last 12....Sox are on fire at home...Dont see the logic or the edge taking the mariniers...+135???  not much value either!  Good Luck with your plays!!
