#3 Posted: 10/26/2012 8:56:06 AM After examining Sanchez's last ten games I don't believe he has pitched against a team like the Giants(maybe the Angels),and the Tigers just lost 2 games versus SF's weakest 2 pitchers of the post season rotation,Though Cain did get beat by the Reds, with that said I'm going with the Giants |

not to mention the tigers are struggling offensively, has a terrible bullpen and Sanchez has below .500 winning percentage at home. oh, did i say in Vogelsong's 3 postseason starts, the Giants all ended up winning? |

#5 Posted: 10/26/2012 11:37:44 AM The Giants scored more runs on the road than any team in baseball and are going with their best pitcher, Giants win game 3. |

#6 Posted: 10/26/2012 12:37:20 PM I didn't see dominating pitching from the Giants,as i saw more of the Tiger batters struggling from the 5 day layoff before the series.
that kind of a layoff is sure to have a effect on the timing of the batters
and pitching.
I can assure you the Tigers will come out banging for game 3,now that they had a couple of games under their belt. |

#8 Posted: 10/26/2012 3:38:23 PM The batting & pitching stats for these 2 teams are so similiar,it's scary,so i just don't see the Tigers giving up so easy.
The Tigers can reel off 3 straight wins with no problem, and everyone
will be talking about what happened to the Giants.
Things can change that fast,so i really like the Tigers in game 3 |

Nice Job Sandman23; you just Jinxed your SF Giants...
Tigers bats wake up and they pound the Giants tonight.
This series is going at least 6 games, probably 7.

#12 Posted: 10/27/2012 4:53:27 PM just as a simple opinion, Detroit will win this one, but I see no value in their odds so no bet for me here I'll just wait and see what happens.

#13 Posted: 10/27/2012 6:44:33 PM Doesn't even matter to SF if they lose all 3 of these next games cuz you know they dont lose when facing elimination so the way SF is thinking any win out of these next 3 are just icing on the cake. this series is over, but Sanchez is pitching well, so is vogel as well, but its detroits turn to win at home. #15 Posted: 10/27/2012 9:28:47 PM Lifelong TIGERS fan obviously bumming big, I hate the layoff reason, they shipped all their top youngsters into Detroit to scrimmage for 2-3 days plus working on the basics, remember St. Louis in 2008, and the most intelligent comment was the one that pointed out that SF saw DET top 2 pitchers and beat them solidly, I don't care if the pitcher hits, shouldn't matter with DET dominate lineup.....Now you have SF best 2 pitchers going against the inferior p's in an awesome Det rotation....
